What are Gleaner F2 diesel combines bringing in your neck of the woods? Looking at a really clean one, just want some ideas.

Under $5000 here with 2 heads, around $2500-3500 for the bare machine from a dealer 'here'. Auctions they are all over the board. I bid one up over $6000 with 2 heads last fall; this spring I bought a much nicer F3 for $3400 with 2 heads....

So I guess $2750 is fair? This is a really clean machine, always shedded, good tires and cold air. You could take it to the field today.

Shhhhh , don't tell anyone, but that is a steal.

I've got two of the old poopers and wouldn't take $15K apiece for 'em..... ..... ..even if one is in pieces strung all over the farm. :>)

IF you ever get a chance to compare the volanteer behind that Gleaner to those new $250K John Deere Behemouths, you'll choose the Gleaner every time.

Those big green things don't impress me one little bit. Might as well have that grain in the bin.

Guess I could have given you some kind of a dollar amount.

Five grand would be a "crazy" price. Can usually be had off the dealer's lot for around $3800. :>)

We bought a real nice one in central IN with a grain table for $2700. Needed nothing, took it right to the field and cut wheat.
