Lumber over 16 feet always costs more.A local saw mill can always do better if you can take lumber off the saw deck and haul. handling lumber after its sawed is a big part of the price.

Check to see if you have any trailer companies around. We have HAVCO that re-floors the flat bed trailers for tractor trailers and the boards seem to last forever if treated right.

What Paul said. It would be nice if you could dry the oak for about a year first. If it is dry in OK drying it through the summer would be ok. If you don't have white oak there check with locals for what is availiable.Put used motor oil on floor to preserve it.

Using motor oil will work but it also softens wood. This is why I use THOMPSONS WATER SEAL on mine

I floored a new trailer about 5 years ago with 2x6 and 2x8 (crosswise) foundation grade treated lumber. It has more chemical retained and is kiln dried after treatment. That floor still doesn't have any gaps, the wood didn't shrink a bit. But it IS heavy.

Contacted a local sawmill. Bought enough green white oak, sawed to the thicness I needed for $150. This was about 9 or 10 years ago so price is probably up some now. Get enough extra to fill in the gap after it shrinks when drying out. Lumber shrinks mostly across the grain, not much with the grain. Floor is still in perfect condition and twice as strong as any treated lumber you can buy.
