Have a big horse show in Jackson, Mississippi soon...anyone know anything about the fairgrounds there? Are the RV sites any good? What's the facility like?

All I know about Jackson Mississippi is courtesy of Charlie Daniels and "Uneasy Rider," unfortunately.

Wasn't the Johnny and June Carter Cash song about Jackson? I love that song. Especially the part where she says she's going to be dancing on a pony keg.

I always wondered what happened to the other two guys:

"Just when I thought I'd get out of there with my skin,
These five big dudes come strollin' in..."

but in a moment it was:

"...'specially since there was three of them, and only one of me."

So what happened to the other two "dudes" ??

I'm so glad I'm not crazy. It's not just me that wonders the very same thing.

I used to show cattle there back in the 60's and 70's but I imagine it has change a lot since then. Used to have a few good places to eat especially if you like southern & cajun
