Z129? What rod is that?

Assuming here that it was you who removed the shells, obviously not tight when you took them out, so, if it is the same crank (can't assume any of the expected details) you have put it back together wrong. Same shells in the original rods? Not clean between shells and rod/cap?

Is it all the bearings giving trouble or just one? May be the crank has been fitted with different size bearings at some time and you have mixed sizes (one loose and another tight)?

Now, if it was a basket case there might be anything included in the basket. Should these rods be shimmed?

Have you followed the workshop manual details?

Rod caps on the right way round.

Sounds to me like a case of needing to get the parts in their correct positions and the right way round (bearings and rod caps) and checking it out with the manual in front of you and a good micrometer in your hand.
