My Grandpa is 84 years old, and he said that he wore out two wallace tractors back in the day. He says that he has never seen one for years. He said that if he had ever came across one, he would buy it. I would like to get a picture of one to give to him. Does anyone know when and where theese tractors were built? Any information would be great.

Thanks

There's two of them in the Photo ads. One is restored and looks nice, but no price. Makes me scared to ask when they do that.

They're gone now, one was out west, and one was Canada I think. I would try Ebay, Fastline or other tractor sites. Or just Google Wallace tractor.

Howdy Farmer Randy. This is Rusty Wheel. I was fortunate enough to see and get pictures of a Wallace Bear tractor at the Centerburg Ohio show 5 years ago. The information provided said it was the last one known to exist. Maybe so, maybe not.I have a hard backed book titled Farm Tractors by April Halberstadt, photography by Hans Halberstadt. It has some pictures of the Wallace along with several other ventage tractors. I'm sure it would make a great fathers day gift and you can probably order it from the local library..... ..rw

I know Ernie Wollak of Wollak Construction in Sauk Rapids MN had one a couple of years ago, he is a collector.

Wallis had a varied history. They were manufactured from 1902? to the 20's in combination with Case and made in Racine,Wi. then in 1928 Massey Harris bought J.I.Case Plow Works and the design of the Wallis, and stayed as a Wallis until 1933?? and then they were named Massey-Harris 25(Wallis 12-20)?? I think this is correct just not sure of some of the dates.
