I need help identifying this tractor. Also, I would like possible estimates on its value. My father recently passed away, and I have inherited it, along with his farm. The tractor does need restoration, and has been converted to 12 volts.

If I recall correctly, it is a 1956 Jubilee. Seems like I heard NAA related to it, but it looks like the 940.

Any help you can provide would be greately appreciated.

Looks like a Jubilee or NAA. Almost the same tractor other then year made. Do this to find or for sure. Lay your left hand on the starter and you right hand on the clutch pedal. Not look down and you should see a flat spot on the bell houseing. There should be numbers there that will tell you the model and serial number. Then look on the left side of this page in research and info then serial number then ford then in that model number to find the year. Those number should look sort of like this.
NAA
#$%^&*(
Also if you look at that hood emblem it should also say what it is but those can be changed over the year

They can range $2000 and up, depends on condition and what someone will pay. See those locally for around $3000, bare basic small utility tractor, probably more collector interest than practical, but I'd not turn one down, if I needed something inexpensive for limited work. Easy to work on and parts for most components can also be found. Unrestored original, good running condition, $2500-$3500 may not be too far off, any answer you get here is going to vary by what someone will pay. 50th anniversary Jubliee was '53 NAA followed in '54 followed by the hundred series, not sure what overlapped in those years but close enough.

kinda looks like a ford 8n,or ford 9n,to me the value is irreplacable since it was a dads tractor, but in south texas ,i"ve seen some of them bring 3500.00 with shredders on them ,and more when painted, depending on what else goes with it also and if it runs which it probably does being that them were hardly ever not running, hey nice tractor though
