All the old hot rod tricks; port matching and polishing, manifold polishing, timing advance(with better fuel to combat pre-ignition), dyno tune the carb, loose the muffler, anything to help the engine breath easier, little model airplane fuel(nitro methane) in the fuel, smaller tires on the front, proper hitch height, right air pressure in the rear tires to match the track, etc..

By pulling better do you mean pulling more total weight or pulling less weight faster? If you want to pull more total weight than add weight to tractor and shift down. If you want to pull less weight faster then put bigger tires on rear and smaller tires on front to get your tractor leaning forward as much as possible. That only helps if you are pulling from drawbar instead of 2 pt.

fill the back tires up with water, make sure your carburetor is properly adjusted, check timing, etc... What are you using it for? That might help folks to provide better advice.

no offense but have fun with that. i pull stock tractors just for fun and i never get anywhere near winning. with all these people souping up their tractors to run twice the stock power and are still pulling in outta-the-field classes. although i do have to say last year i did beat a souped up JD G ;). he ran outta alcohol or whatever he was runnin' through that thin.
alls i'm saying is that there is just no cometition for stock tractors in pulls anymore.
