Any tire guys, need help

The trailer I use to haul my tractor has 4 750x14.5 tires. Two need replacing.I have 800x14.5 that are new. My question what would be the best way to use two 800x14 tires with two 750x14.5 tires Thsnks for any info. stan

put the 8.0s on the front axle to help support the tounge weight. Your trailer should have a center pivot for the leaf spring mounts which will equalize out any height differential once loaded anyway.
You'll be A-OK...

2 axle 2 on each I.E. 800 one the axle that takes the most load and the others on the less loaded axle. But and heres the big one. DOT may look at it good and hard if you get stopped and give you a ticket because of the 2 sixes of tires

Stan, if it were mine, I'd put the 2 7-14.5's on one axle and the 8-14.5's on the other axle. If the suspension is of the equalizing type, it won't matter if the 7's are on the front axle or the rear. The one thing I'd make sure of is the MAXIMUM air pressure your rims will handle. Some are only good to about 60 or 65# psi and some are good for around 100# psi. E-mail is open if you have more questions. I've been in the tire business for over 25 years. Ben there, done that, think I've seen it all....till the next customer walks in!
