Yesterday it rained cats and dogs here, so I actually spent the day listening to the Senate hearings. Maybe some of you can clear up a couple of questions for me... I hear a lot of if we do not stay the coarse that something terrible is going to happen. What is that something terrible? Also we as taxpayers, who I might add never got to vote on this burden that our kids and grandkids will have to pay for, are funding this whole war, while that country the size of Texas is bringing the finest nation in the world to its knees its also collecting billions from oil production. Whats wrong with this picture? Are all those high paid politicians and bureacrats afraid to foreclose on Iraq? Have I missed something here? If so please get me straight cause I do not get it!

I agree, and so does most Americans. Over 80% of the people feel this country is headed in the wrong direction. John McCain does not need to take ANY advice from this administration.

Never got to vote on this burden? I did. It is called a Presidential election and it happens every 4 years. 62 million of us voted our confidence in President Bush. Did you vote or are you just complaining?

Iraq is bringing the USA to it's knees? You are absolutely clueless.

I am sorry if I offended anyone, this is just a real common sense forum that I thought maybe someone could help me understand the issues, but if you think the issues are BS I wish you could have spent some time with me across the pond in 1969!
