Just talked to my brother in law in MN. lives close to that bus crash with the kids. So will this mexican be deported or ? She had no license no insurance.

Willl she go to jail?
I'm sure that I would get a huge fine and some jail time not to mention a law suit to take everything i own if i committed this crime.
Are they more protected than me? If so then it seems I should renounce my citizenship as a US citizen and go to Mexico, become a citizen of some south american country, sneak back across the border and do as i please. Good fake ID . Don't have to pay taxes, no insurance , free health care, no jail time for a crime, just send me back home. Sneak across do it again. What a scam!!!!!

The whole situation pisses me off!!!!! I get caught with fake credentials off to jail i go. The whole thing is sick.

Here in Tx its no better. One suburb of Dallas passed a law requiring apts. etc. to check for legal status before they could rent. Anyone care to guess who has challenged the constitutionality of that law? Here in Dallas, if an illegal has a wreck, they jump out and run, leaving the car. A friend, hispanic descent but 2nd generation American, worked for IRS. Illegals would come in, get their taxes done and if they were due a refund, they"d file. If not, they just walked out the door. Forget getting medical treatment in our county supported hospital. You can"t even get in the door to the emergency room for all the illegals. They bill Mexico, but don"t hold their breath on getting paid. The hospital closest to where I live, just closed because of non-insured patients who don"t pay. Some say this is the biggest invasion ever. I have to agree.

The reason is that Dallas is a Sanctuary City. They don't feel the need to enforce immigration laws.

Suprised San Antonio isn't on the list. Around here (local) San Antonio is known as "little mexico". We have a law that you must have auto ins. or if caught without it your auto will be towed. Asked a cop about setting up a road block to speed up the process a little, he simply replied that we haven't enough room to hold them all and walked off.

In my area of Mich. an Illegal alien ran over an off duty cop in Clarkston Mich. last year. The Illegal mexican got out of the car and ran. A bystander saw what happened and ran after the mexican and tackled him. The cops came and arrested the mexican, The mexican was sentenced for attempting to flee an accident causing bodily injury. The mexican is now in jail, hopefully gets a long sentence, I dont know anymore details then that.

My whole point of this isnt political . If i want to skirt the law the penalties are zero if i'm an illegal from south america. I'm a white male american. They will burn me at the stake if i do anything wrong, from law enforcement to IRS. Illegals ship them back thats it. If i want to be a criminal which they basically try to make me with all these laws to keep me in line, would a white guy that renounced his citizenship, and became a citizen of Mexico get the same treatment as a illegal mexican.?

Anybody ever read anything about this.?

Our local county seat has two packing plants so naturally the hispanic population is quite large.

The local newspaper always has a list of traffic accidents complete with names and charges, and a large percentage of the accidents involve a hispanic name that's charged with no registration and insurance. The people who are charged with OWI have have no license and have one or two previous OWI's and a very large majority of them are our southern 'friends'.

Charges of child abuse/wife abuse/stabbings/drug posession/false identity are running wild and most of the names listed are from south of the border.

These people don't seem to realize that they are abusing their American hosts to the max. They come to this 'land of opportunity', sometimes legally and somtimes not, and then they trash it. Jim

Ok, this is a little off the topic, but I thought it would go along with the conversation.
See below as to why things happen why they do.

I did not turn it into blaming the victims. I was responding to the woman not having a valid drivers liscence, being illegal alien, etc and driving a bus. Those who hired her screwed up. Whose fault the accident was is another issue.

THE BUS DRIVER WAS NOT A WOMAN! The bus driver was a local farmer that worked part time for the school and as a bus driver part time.

This happens ALL THE TIME! And it's not just illegals, a lot of "citizens" are running around with no license or insurance. To start with, If you get caught with no license because it's suspended or revoked, you should lose the car. Gone, bye bye, to the auction if it's worth anything, to the scrapper if it's a junker. And if it's not your car and someone let you drive it knowing you're not licensed, too bad. It's one thing for people to forget to renew, but these habitual offenders are costing us money. Lot's of money. And the ones who are here illegally are costing us more money. And in this case it's cost more than money, four priceless lives were lost.

Same thing in NW Iowa - you go to towns with packing plants and you had better watch how you're driving. They have the best of both worlds - pay no insurance, legally own little or no property (to compensate for others loss) pay no taxes. (so they really don't care if they get in a fender bender) We had 2 cases in a neighboring county where an illegal wrecked his car,(his fault) killed a few of their children (packed into vehicle) the rest spent time in our hospitals paid for by our tax dollars- Americans had no recourse - I got a notice from my insurance company that if you have liability coverage they will only cover personal injury to your passengers if you are hit by an uninsured motorer or, and they specified - illegal alien.(they also will not cover cosmetic fixes - so the injured American is captain windshield face for the rest of his life) Meanwhile if they go back to Mexico with the $10K they saved because they didn't have to pay taxes they live like kings - I heard of one family that got voluntary deportation bought up everything they could find to resell it in mexico and make $ - sorry about being so long but this really fursterates me - and costs us all $$
