Any body else getting sick of this weather? This morning it is -10 here in Wisconsin.Yesterday the wind chill was -30.I guess it must be part of the ageing process but it takes me longer to get warmed back up.April can not come quick enough for me.Just needed to vent. Thanks Mike

I would like to kick Al Gore in the thermometer. This is the coldest winter here, that I can remember for many years. Ron

Wish you'd kept it to yerself, instead of sending it across the pond to us in Michigan. We were in the minus twenties - wind chill.

I would rather have the hot weather than cold . Dag gone cold goes clear through!!! It easier to find a shade tree in a fence row than it is a stove.

Cold? Up here we had some areas that were -56C with the windchill. That's cold. The N. Pole was only -49C with the windchill for a comparison. Dave

I look at it this way. The colder it gets, the more you put on but, when it gets hot, you can only take so much off before everyone starts laughing at you.

I can tolerate the cold but the wind has been crazy around here the last few years. I am in michigan and this is the first day all week where the sun is shining and it is very calm and beautiful outside. Two nights ago it was brutal outside with negative temps and winds gusting over 50 mph all night.

We up here in the rust belt are envious of you now but in the middle of summer it must get kinda hot there. Looks like you didn't get much of a crop on the hill in the background. What gear do you use in the SMTA to get up that hill?

I know what you're talking about. It was -26 with a -45 windchill yesterday morning here in MN. It actually burned my face checking on the cows every 2 hours. Thankfully all came through in good shape, with no calves born yet. Next week will be a different story.

I feel the same way Mike. The older I get, the more it bothers me. My Mom lives in Brownsville Texas. I have been there 2 times during the winter and it feels so strange to go from cold to summer like weather in a matter of hours. The cost of living there is also less than here in Ohio. Spring can't get here none too soon!
