Bare tractor might be 36,000 lbs or 18 ton + or - add belly pans, blade, cable control unit and other equipment like a ripper, accumulated dirt etc., you could easily be well over 40,000 lbs/20 ton.

78" from center of track to center of track + half the width of whatever size track shoe is on it, each side would give you bare tractor width, so if it has 22" pads, add 12" each side, 100" wide. I've hauled plenty of D8K's and outside of track to outside of track was not overwidth on the deck, never used outriggers and planks when hauling them, maybe actual width is 96", just the blade push arms and blade itself is what makes them overwidth.

Height will depend on what kind of R.O.P.S. or weather canopy if any is installed at the operators station, and make sure to tape up the exhaust rain flap so as not to spin the turbo while in transit.
