I lost the code that somebody posted here a couple of years ago. And an archive search isn't finding the data?
CD player/radio #3 from a salvage yard needs the reset code after the wife and kids jammed 2 CD's in again and busted the last rebuilt unit. Telling then not to bust something just goes in one ear and out the other. While they give me blank looks. They then claim that somebody by the names of "Nobody", "I don't know" or Notme" did it.

Used to be this feller named Wasnme that lived at our house. Never did get to see him. And I guess he moved out when the kids did, cause he stopped causing all that trouble when they left home.

MY Daughter use to do things that were not kosher, and I would ask her why, she did, and the answer I got was "cause I wanted to". Now she is 38 years old and has a 12 year old of her own and she is a rooster to. My daughter will call me and say that there is now way she ever done things like that, And I say WANNA BET? Jack

Once upon a time, there were four people; Their names were Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody. Whenever there was an important job to be done, Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. When Nobody did it, Everybody got angry because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Somebody would do it, but Nobody realized that Nobody would do it.

So consequently Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could've done in the first place!

It's been a while since I've dealt with this (tenage boys have moved on to new pursuits).

One of the diesel truck sites has a section on this, I can't immediately find it.

Here's a quote from allexperts.com:

"Try this,
Press & hold the 2 & 3 buttons @ the same time for about 10 seconds; a 2 or 3 digit code will appear, write this # down, press & hold the am/fm button for about 10 seconds: another code will appear, write this # down, then call your dealer they will give you the code free if you are lucky or charge you $60.00or they don't help you at all sorry that your dealer is not helping or you can call 1-888-231-0395 they chanrge $20.00 then they will give you a 3 or 4 digit override code. Write this code # down so you have it if you ever need it again. Enter this # into your radio following the instructions in your owners manual. If you get an override code that starts with 0, you drop the 0 when entering the code into your radio.
If you don't have an owners manual, try this, press & hold the hour button until the first 2 digits of your code come up, then press & hold the minute button until the last 2 digits show. Then press the am/fm button. This should reset your stereo".
