I'am looking at a 1990 Gehl 3610 skid steer. I'am new to skidloaders. 925 hours with Gehl quick tach with bucket and manure fork. It has a diesel 3 cylinder Isuzu that seems to start and run out good. 75% tires no leaks and clean, no rust. Anyone had experance with one of these? Are parts still aviable, Comments? I know its not as nice as the new ones buts its simple to work on with no computers and would work good for what I need it for. Original owner "retired small farmer" is asking $6000.

I have a 3510 which is the gas engine version of your skid loader. I have 2200 hrs on it & the machine has worked great with only minor repairs. I really like the hand controls as I could not get used to the foot controls other machines have. Parts are no problem but then I only live 10 mi from the factory & if the dealer doesn't have them he sends me to the factory & I can pick them up there.

My 1995 4625SX has about 3800 hours on it- no major problems. One or two solenoids replaced. Still worth about $8500. If those hours are real- that"s not much use in that many years. Even small junky skids go for 3 grand.

Hey Scott, I've owned Gehl skidloaders for the last 20 years. While I've never owned a 3610, the models I have owned have been very good. Easy to operate, good starters in cold weather, and access to good dealers and parts if you need them. Looks like a fair price for a low houred skidloader. Steve

MN Scott,
My Mustang skid loader has a 4 cylinder Isuzu motor in it and it has over 3,000 hours on it and still runs like new. Never uses a drop of oil and starts better than my gas tractors in the winter. Sounds to me like you have found yourself a good one. Many used skid loaders are beat to death. Once you have one, you'll wonder how you farmed with out one prior!

I know a local fence contractor that has Gehl skidloaders. He had more than one and doesn't have any problems.
