After leaving your place. I came home and ate dinner... then remembered what you said to look for on brakes on this Long Tractor. Near as I can tell with flash light. I will have to pull off the wheel and drum to get at brakes. Not a job I will be able to do myself. ... You sure have a lot of tractors. Came home and told wife all I seen and I know I did not see them all. To dang windy cold .. lol Thanks

You and your wife are always welcome to stop by. In the summer most of the tractors sit in the field because I work them all if I can

Yep it sure was cold. That wood stove in my shop never did take off. Oh well maybe tomorrow it will want to light up better.

Cold this morning. in reply to old, 01-01-2008 19:48:20
Tarp was blown off my tractor all night. So I have taken a small electric heater out to side of motor and hope it helps it to start later. Want to use it this morning.... Had trouble refiring the wood stove this morning to. Had to drop oil on it and a torch. Was hardly any hot ashes in it to start a good fire.

Sounds like I need to sneak up your way one of these days and see if I could figure out how to put a block heater on your tractor. If it can be done easy it sure would help it start up and also saves the starter motor on them
