I know a lot of regulars here sell stuff on ebay. Anyone know why I am having such fits loading pictures? I loaded up two auctions with a pic in each one but since then I can wait all day and it never uploads the pic....just keeps acting like it is working on it. Can't get anything to load on photobucket either. I have AOL dial up but, seriously, this has never been an issue. Slow but not impossible. Any idears?

Alot of new cheap computers for christmas. Everyone tries them out or has time off from work. Nothing to do but surf the web. It's amateur night. Be carefull.

Look closer to ebay account ratings and scams. You may take a holiday break, but the scammers don't.

Dial up is slower than s*&t. J-Peg is the best format for pix, too, anything else is very slow, even with a faster conenction.

Make sure that the pictures are in JPEG mode. Then they will upload.

We use eBay Turbo Lister. It is Free and is much much faster and easier to list your items especially if you have dialup. You can list your items while you are offline if you want and submit them when you go online.

What is the file size of your pic your trying to upload? Over dialup, depending on your connection speed/quality,anything over 0.5M will take a while.

Did you check the resolution/size of the photos.
I usually use around 1 megapixal for ebay.
You can use nearly any photo software and resize.
I have been having issues with paypal today, they are the same company now. It might be on their end.
