Don't know about a whole seat but this place has seat rebuild kits, and a lot of other stuff 1-800-LMC-TRUCK I just got a catalog from them in the mail today. They sell a lot of parts for the old Chev. Pick ups and if you call them they will send you a catalog for free

Good Company. I got quite a few things from them when after priceing a new truck I decided to pull a major renovation of my 97' F350 Dually King Cab Long Bed.Many thousands of dollars saved for such as Electric Door Locks,Window Lifts, Door Panels,Bumpers, Rear window,[got rid of the slider]etc. JC

you may be able to find one if your are lucky thru a gm dealer, have the parts dept check the gm obsolete parts. there may be one sitting in some dealers inventory.but, its gonna be pricey. your best bet would be to get a seat from a salvage yard and have a trim shop recover it to match your truck.
