It really takes the surprise out of Christmas, but my wife and I generally tell each other what we want and where to find it... this year we each bought something for ourselves that we wouldn't normally spend the money on. She got one of those fancy cutter machines for scrap booking and I'm still working on spending my allowance on model tractors and implements...

For a true Christmas wish I hope that everyone experiences our Lord in their lives and everyone's family has a safe, happy, and healthy new year. God Bless.

I'm sort of hoping to not turn 70 next year but as my old school friend Nancy said, the alternative ain't all that great. Well maybe they can figure a way to reverse this aging stuff. BUMMER
Walt

PS sure would like one of those Case LA models but $485 is a little out of what Ma says I can spend.

Flannel lined jeans. They are the best thing to wear on those cold MN winter days. Can't have to many pairs. (I even wear them to church!)

Socks and underwear. It's something that I never buy for myself.

Knees and bones that don't ache as often, a better body, and more hair. Too tall a wish list? OK, how about a holiday beer and some good spirited bull shootin around the tree and fireplace?

Shoot, I stopped making a Christmas list years ago! Most things I want either cost too much for anyone to get me for Christmas, or else they wouldn"t have a clue where to find "em.

Usually just wind up buying the "neat" stuff that I want myself, and when I"m asked what I want for Christmas, just tell "em the neccessities- socks, new gloves, etc etc.....makes "em feel good that they"re getting me something I can use!

Ooh, I dunno, there really isn't much I need. Maybe a nice wife for Chistmas?. Ol Santy Clause can feel free to just give me some cash, so I can fix up what I got.

How about a racing steering wheel for your H?.

My H's steering wheel is in pretty good shape, so I don't need a new one.

Oh come on, you could get a chrome plated chain steering wheel. Just think of the second looks that would get. :')
