I heard on Wasau Wi radio that the Wi DNR has declared open season on feral pigs. You can shoot as many as you want if you have a small game license. They sited heavy crop damage in Clark county(Neillsvile). How do you hunt wild pigs? Drive, bait, dogs?

We don't have pigs but state law you cananimals doing crop damage. Best to call dnr or wildlife agencey first. Never got much help from them just told to take care of it ourself!

Same thing here in MI. DNR has allowed open season in selected counties where there is a problem, mainly in south central Michigan.
Shoot all you want of the darn things.

Yup,let's get rid of'em BEFORE they become a big problem. Now if we could just get the DNR to see the damage that the deer and turkeys are doing!

How about Geese? 42 of the things flew over here yesterday. The clever wildlife people got geese established here is western SC but no one taught them to migrate back north in the summer. I'm glad I don't have a pond because they hang around the ponds.
