460 IH I sent head in and had it shaved 3thousands, valves ground and checked for cracks. The old head gasket had clear permatex on it and was getting water in oil. New head gasket with copper brush on stuff on head gasket and torqued head to 135ft lbs. I am still getting water in oil. The motor does not even have to be running and the radiater goes down. It is dripping out of #2 ex manifold between gasket and head. What is going on. IS this a dry sleeve or Wet??

I think Bob's on the right track. Pull the manifold and you should be able to get a better idea of where the leak is coming from. Also, you're quite a bit high on your head bolt torque if this is a gasser, should be 85-95 ft-lbs for a gas and 110-120 for a diesel. Both engines are dry-sleeved. The diesels were quite good at cracking heads when they were abused.

There's probably a crack in the exhaust port area that wasn't detected.

Is one of the holes for the exhaust manifold studs all the way through into the water jacket, and the coolant is leaking past the bolt?

The #2 piston was really clean others were black carbon. Around the sleeve it had crud around it. Block looked like it had a grove bigger than sleeve or pitted don't know if it might be leaking there. I hope not. That was the only not normal thing i spotted. I will take manifold off and go from there. I called IH dealer and got specs for torque may be it was 85.
