Just wondering what the price of feeder calves were in your area. I'm going to sell mine in the next few days and was wondering what to expect. They are reds and blacks, 600lb average, bull calves. I was offered $1.05 a pound, and I have another buyer coming on Friday to give me a price. Thanks for any info you can provide. I always dread having to make the selling decisions.

Sold six this week at sale barn in west ky. Ave 488lbs, $92 cwt. Every one said this week was off a bit from last week.

Sold mine last week 5&6 wgt.steers and heifers in central Ill $103 to $120.Steers more than heifers lighter more than heavier wgts.

That's about top dollar out here in Oregon for feeder calves. the market is funny up one week down the next.

Fats are doing that here in Michigan. They topped at 92.50 last week,I got 87.50 for a mixed bag of tricks. This week the top was 87.
