john deere has a build your tractor page. sometimes just for the heck of it i build a tractor the way i would like a new one if i had need or could afford one. i don't think anyone else does that. you always hear that deere has the most expansive
tractors well put it up so the whole world can see what your tractor costs.

No price on ads annoy me also. I'm really irritated by the large dealers who post no price ads in the Fastline. I had this discussion with my local JD dealer and he generally posts prices for used stuff. I fail to see why they can't post prices for new things also.I also can't see why manufacturers can't post a MSRP.

Those who post no price probably don't realize how much of their potential market they are missing out on- because many, myself included, won't even call on a price- figuring that if they're too embarassed to post it, it'll be too rich for me.

I agree. A little bit of extra effort in taking a picture can make a sale go much more quickly. I always try to get pictures from every angle and also to have a short video clip or two available for interested buyers.

If you don"t want to post the price, you must be pretty ashamed of it. Or if you want best offer, head on over to eBay.
