These next items I though were pieces of cut off pipe but there are a lot of them and they are consistent in size and machined/evenly cut....not with a hacksaw or tubing cutter. Look like some sort of spacers? Smaller ones are about 1/2" long and the larger maybe 1-1/2". Both are same diameter. Any guesses?

Believe those are bushings for adapting Category 1 3 point implement to Category 2 tractor. The pins vary in length from implement to implement, so you have to cut some up to come up with the right "combination". Have several of those myself, in my tractor tool box.

actually those are spacers for the wheels on a finish mower so you can raise or lower the wheels at the working height you need. should be a set of 4 for each runnin wheels on the mower.

That IS what they look like, I have to agree. There are an awful lot of them to have been for that purpose AND you cannot tell from the pic but the are only about an inch inside diameter. Would have to be a light duty mower.
