On the fuel injection pump side of the engine , you will find a bolthead with a pin sticking out of it. The pin will be pointed to the front of the tractor back by the rear engine plate..Take the bolt/pin out and remove the timing cover..Stick a good sized screwdriver in to try to turn the engine over by engaging the screwdriver into flywheel teeth and prying flywheel teeth in either direction..If you can't turn it , disconnect the hydraulic pump drive coupling halves and try turning it again with a screwdriver..If it turns now , the pump has a problem..If it doesn't turn now , you might have a major engine problem..Take the engine oil filter off and cut it apart to check for a bunch of metallic particles in the filter media pleats..Check both sides of the pleated paper ...

Check the oil dip stick first. No oil would cause it to stop.

May be battery connections or battery if it is electrical.
