My father collected 3 trackors while working at Case. One is a small Ertl 1690 Die Cast in the box, the second is 5120 row crop tractor in the box and the last is Blue print replica 2390 seriers. ANy advice on how to find out what they are worth?

Used to be something called Dicks Farm Toy Price Guide,I think it was. I have one here from the 90s,but not a current one. Might do a web search for it.

Try The Toy Tractor Times.com. Their anniversary model this year is an ERTL Case 2390. They discuss recent auctions of collectables and have classified ads as well. I'm no longer a subscriber as I have collected just about everything I want to have.

The Case 1690 came in three versions. The New In Box (NIB)price is around $30 for them.

I can't find any information on a 5120.

The 2390 was built in several versions. A "Collector" version, limited to 1500, is at $128 NIB...an "Excellent" version (missing the box but otherwise perfect) is $96. A version with a cab is $80 NIB and $63 as Excellent. These 2390's were all 1/16 scale.

Drop me an e-mail if I can help further.

Tina,

Now that I know it's a Case-IH, it was easy to find. Dick's Farm Toy Price Guide, mentioned above, puts that item at $31 NIB.
