John & Cindy? Are there two of you?

This is an assignment in teaching you how to research and organize. Start putting together your outline of what you intend to demonstrate as far as the possible differences and as you go begin to fill in the blanks and even expand the outline. A good start would be to put you outline on an EXCEL spreadsheet so you can modify it as you become more educated on the subject matter. Compare engine horsepower, head style, RPM, tire sizes, efficiency ratings, gearing, hydraulics, electrical, etc. and everything else that comes to mind. It can be quite interesting if you decide to do a real bangup job. My son did a comparison of nuclear subs and really got interested once he started to develop the profiles.

Anyway begin by looking at the site below and then go to the Ferguson and N tractor forums and ask questions if you can't find the infomation you are looking for.

Microsoft WORD has an "Outline" feature that you may find beneficial as well.

Below you will find the sentences you submitted for correction. Perhaps more than a spell checker is needed, :)

Greetings, I am requesting objective help on a comparative paper I must compose for a college level English course. The comparison subjects for the paper are the Ford 8N and the Ferguson TO-20.

Thank you,

John

I would probably do a search on both tractors for data --weight, HP. cubic inches etc. I'm sure you will have no problems gathering that information. I'm thinking Nebraska field test data would probably be a first choice. I have books etc. but not real easy to find. Don't be afraid to post again, I sometimes don't have time to go way down the list of posts.

Be sure to use a spell checker. I once had my paper read in class as perfectly done, and then got a "D" for mis-spelled words. comparitive? Good luck.
