I am harvesting soybeans. They are suppose to test 13% and are only testing 9..How do I calculate my yield loss?

Have a look at your post on the tool talk board. I replied to that one earlier today. Hope it helps.

A simple way is you are losing 4%. The differance between 13 and 9.

Your missing out on selling 4% more water.

So if your beans are doing 50 bushel to the acre you are losing 2 bushel to the acre.

Sounds like my wife who just updated the software on her sewing machine to the tune of $1200.

It was marked down from the original $1500; therefore, she proudly announces that she just saved me $300.

My lucky day, I guess. :>)

Yup she must of saved $300.

That's the way it works for my wife to.

She announces that she is going shopping.

I ask what do we need?

She says nothing but their having big sales so I can save a bunch of money.
