The air-water valve refers to the whole stem assembly, the part that bolts into the rim or is glued into the tube. The part that screws into the stem is called an inner stem and it holds the standard valve core. If someone comes in looking for one or two I will give them free a good take outs. But then I am really too nice a guy. If you are putting Chloride in the tube make sure you find where to buy them and replace the inner stem every few years. This where Chloride gets a bad name because people don't change these when the o-ring goes bad at the bottom.

it is a lot faster to use a gas line 5-16 and clamp it to the valve just adapt the hose down to it we have used one for years

It is called an air water valve. Any good heavy duty tire shop should have them. TSC and farm and Fleet carry the adapter to couple a garden hose to the valve the add/remove fluid if you have a pump.

If you don't find one locally, Gempler's is a good on-line source.
