Barn fire aftermath

I have a friend who recently experienced a major barn fire. The fire burned 4 buildings, some farm equipment, and all of his hay and straw from this season. Luckily nobody was hurt. He raises Angus cows and he now wants to sell all of his cows and move on to something else. Does anybody know of a website where we can list his cows for sale?

Thanks,
Tjh72

I agree with the auction method. Talk to the yard ahead of time and see if they will advertise the cows- usually attracts more buyers.

My family uses the sale barn and has always got a good price. Have the sale barn mgr come to your farm to see your livestock. Call the trucks when your are ready. The do it your self can get messey in a hurry. Pay the actioneer for his him and it is all done in a day with a good check in hand.

He is located a little bit north of Dayton, Ohio. From Jackson it is probably a 2 or a 2 and half hour drive. If you interested give me a way to send you contact information and I will call him and let him know and see if he is interested.

Thanks,

You can have him try this web site. >Link

If>Link I was him I wouldn't release any cattle until he had the cash in his hand. Too many crooks out there trying to scam you. Hal
