I "think" ya nailed it, Bob.

Started at the fuel tank and worked my way forward checking every blessed thing I could find.

When I pulled the cap on the pump, it didn't show a lot of gravel, so I went ahead and pulled that timing cover window. She's definetly coming unraveled 'cause there were a lot of black plastic "specs" in the fuel.

Biggest thing tho was that the return check was leaking back (probably from that crud).

Cleaned it all out the best I could and put in the new updated valve. It seems to have cured it (for now anyways).

If I can just keep it running long enough to thresh this little dab of seed, then I'll yank that devil and go thru it later.

Thanks for your help,

Allan

He's probably still out in the shed with his finger over the end of the fuel line.

If he'd only called me. If I had started out driving yesterday, I could have been there by now.

Take your time, Allan just loves old machinery. You might say their getting attached to each other.
