Wouldn't it be cheaper just to pull a hayrack and put that young man on the rack loading the bales?

With the skid loader I load the trailer in field and unload at the shed. Alot of our hay is sold in field loaded on customers trucks. If I put hay on a rack then I have to load by, hand unload by hand then load out of building by hand. This is much much faster with less labor. It will pay for it self quickly around here in labor savings.

Keith - How do you like that accumulator? How long have you had it, and how many bales does it put in one bunch?
I"ve got a JD 4030 and a JD 336 baler and have been looking for accumulators this year.

Nice looking set-up!
Thanks
DJL

DJL; I have a 4010 and 336. His KUHN system is really great and I would like one but $. I have an old farmhand accumulator on dolly wheels. So it uses hydralics (the Kuhn dont I understand). Have not been able to find a pump for my Accum. but still use the 8 bale grapple to pick up bales. Getting real serious about the pump before Aug. and next cutting. You would really like using one over hand work unless you have labor to help you. I dont. Wife helps some but has a full time job and 40 miles from the farm. Bob
