I found a shorter stroke cylinder to replace the one that I had on it before and I redid the mounting points. It should work good now without fear of damaging the cylinder.

Looks like a good set up now. I may rig one of mine up like that for my old H if I ever get it going. Looks that pulley you bought is the high speed pulley.

I do believe that's the first time I have seen a mower with a transparent PTO shaft.

That is the newest design in PTO shafts! It prevents anyone from getting caught in it:-)
