poison hemlock

What would you recommend for killing hemlock? It wants to take over the pasteur at the far end of the pond. Mowed it last fall and 2-4-D and it is back as if I did nothing.

Crossbow will get it and there is no grazing restriction

roundup 2-4-d and diesel fuel instead of water and don't tell epa or pea off the neighbors

I dont know that a triple rate of roundup is needed. Just a good strong single rate. I like to throw in a little surfactant. I am not familiar with hemlock, but think the roundup would work.
