This was once my Dad's barn.

My 1942 H was in the barn too :-(

Dad's IH 1066 and my brother's AC WD45 were in there too, the 1066 only suffered a small dent in the hood and the WD45 a crumpled fender.

No, the barn was not insured. When I saw the position my H was in and how the barn had fallen on it, I was amazed! I had parked it facing west in front of one of those sliding doors on the west side of the barn. The picture above shows the south side. The wind came from the west, slid the door open and then blew the wall down so that the door header landed on the steering shaft. With the help of one of my brothers, we cut loose and dragged the wall away from both sides, then lifted up on the roof with a frontend loader and pulled the H right out. The Allis was parked in the southwest corner and we were able to just back it out. The 1066 was parked right next to the south wall in the center and the wind just blew the barn away from it!

It's pretty amazing that you were even able to get to them let alone get them out? I'm glad that's all the damage to the tractors. Too bad about the barn though, was it insured? sure hope so.
