Hi Gang;
It may only be about 10 feet wide but there is an awful LOT of weight in these discs. They use them on grain stubbles for mixing & incorperating the chopped straw into the top couple of inches of soil.Note you can adjust the angle of each gang of 4 discs to increase penetration. Cheers David

I am no disk expert, but that looks like it would do a terrific job. Finished job would look like it was rototilled.

More data David, Is it pushed or pulled? Looks like gangs are assembled straight, and need to be angled for use.

i DON'T know but all of the machinery I put together including tandem discs,off set discs, one ways etc the gangs on that unit are just BACKWARDS

It looks like a special purpose type disc and also looks brand spanking new. I really doubt that it's put together wrong. Dave

I wonder if it"s meant to run on a front mount 3pt. From what i understand that is more common over there than here. I don"t know, just makin a stab!!

I always replace my blades with notched ones, they seam to cut the weeds better for the discing I do. That is a nice looking disc. Stan
