O/T Did You Know you can buy a Taser on EBAY?

Or have someone hit you over the head with a brick they picked up off the ground. Feel any safer?

Good friend lives in the city nearby in a brownstone, still a questionable neighborhood, but not too bad, really nice 2 floor apartment makes you forget about it until the shooting or tasering starts, usually in that order. Domestic call across the street, they hit him with the taser, but he had a leather jacket on, seems they don't penetrate those.

One of my professors was telling me in WW2 in england the equivalent to an arcade today always had a metal wheel with a pointer on it. Next to it was a metal handle. The wheel was hooked up to a dimmer switch plugged into the wall so as you turned the wheel the voltage got higher. Hey said all the kids quickly learned you could get the wheel all around to max because once the electricty locked your arms up you could use your body to drag the wheel without fear of your hands coming off.
