I am trying to touch these pictures for my grand father for his birth day. I don't know much about photo shop programs. but I was hoping some one would know a good way to do it.

I do not know what program you are using but I try to "clone" from a spot as near as possible to wherever I need to fix. also whenever you do this expand the picture as much as possible, this allows you to find small problems and fix them, make it a lot easier. I use microsoft "picture it", it came with my previous computer but there are some real good programs that allow the same thing

The first one is my great great grandpa breaking ground near Seneca SD and one of my grandpa brothers near Long Lake SD.

Any good camera shop could do it for you. Walgreens claims to be able to do it. If you have a Kodak digital camera it comes with a pretty decent "home" version of Adobe Photo. I do some of it at home but mostly easier stuff like taking out a car or another real estate agent's sign from a picture of a house my wife has listd for sale.
