Planning on putting a new serpentine belt on my truck and I want a good one. Who makes a good belt nowadays or what brand do you guys have the best luck with?

I have been very happy with GoodYear GatorBack belts - except they won't work on a Honda...

Hey man Gates makes a good belt but if your pulleys are not in alignment any belt is gonna make noise a real good place to check is the tensioner especially if it is a spring loaded one as the pivot point will wear and let the pulley assembly twist enough to make is sound like a cat is caught in your belt. I gotta go

Motorcraft from www.rockauto.com

Be careful to get the exact replacement length.

I like the good year belt. I have installed them on 3 vehicles and the worked good. Make sure you have all belt and pulley grooves aligned. Its bad for the belt if not in the right grooves. Don't ask how I know that.
