If the shaft seal bushing is worn out a new seal won't last very long. Take the pump to someone who can take a look inside. The transfer pump is probably worn out too, if the seals are shot.

Does anyone know where I can get an injector pump for a 2010 at a reasonable price. Can I install the pump myself? I had a mechanic install one on my 4020 two years and it cost about $1600. I watched him do the job and it did not look to difficult.

I think asdfsda is a bit quick to jump to conclusions.

Leaky injection pump shaft seals will dump diesel into the crankcase as well as sloppy injectors.

Check the cheaper stuff first!

rings are worn out. Time for an engine rebuild
