I have a Ford 345C industrial tractor loader that I want to add rear remotes for a backhoe. What do I need and how do I go about doing this?

I had a Ford 4000 Ind. loader/hoe. It had a flow control valve near the loader control valve. Push in for loader, pull out for hoe. You should be able to splice one of these inright before your loader valve on the high pressure side. A flow control after it should let you dial in the proper flow for your hoe. Mike

I think a 345 C is an industrial tractor. Go to your ford dealer and see if the loader valve has a connection port for the ford backhoe. If you're getting a ford hoe, that may be all that is necessary. If you're not getting a ford hoe, you may still be able to use the info.

I did that already and found that my tractor does not have the power beyond port in it.

That"s a huge question. First thing you"ve got to know is the GPM requirement of the backhoe, vs the capacity of your tractor"s hydraulic pump. And pressure. Otherwise you may need a PTO pump.

The backhoe is a Bradco 11HD, which requires 9 to 14 GPM. My tractor has a hydraulic pump (gear type) mounted on the front of the motor with a shaft that produces 26 GPM at 2200 RPM. I am told by my dealer that the top cover under the seat has a plate that I can tap into for rear remotes. They say that this will also produce 26 GPM flow. They said that I need to tap into that for the pressure side and run a return line back to some port that dumps into the tranny housing. My question there is: Are the loader hydraulics supplied from the fluid in the tranny or from the reservoir in the nose of the tractor near the radiator? How can the top cover rear remotes have a 26 GPM flow then?

Open or closed center tractor hydraulics, open or closed center backhoe valves?

what kind of hoe a real one or a little toy type if it's a real hoe you will need to run the main feed to it [1 in.] hose minn. you need a lot of flow to run a hoe so you have to replume it from the loader control. so main feed to loader control then from out side of loader control to the in on hoe control then out of hoe control back to the supply. when you take the hoe off you must conect the two lines together so you still have flow use big quick couplers 1 in. minn.sounds hard but not you have to keep high flow so don't use 1/2 hose

The backhoe is a Bradco 11HD not a Ford. The 11HD has either 1/2 or 3/4 in. hose im not sure right now. Can I reduce from 1in to 1/2 with quick couplers?
