lets see:

they have to rent a place for the "free" seminar, pay the trainers plus pay for the TV time to advertise

maybe they have a really good color copier to run off $20 bills or they are making a bundle trading stocks and are sharing their hard earned secret with good folks out of the goodness of their hearts

kinda sounds too good to be true

Remember the quote that is attributed to P.T. Barnum; "there is a sucker born everyday and some body to take care of him"! If it were such a wonderful thing, they wouldn't be offering it that way. The one getting rich is them when you suscribe to their seminars and etc. Works like Amway used to. Feeds on the little people looking to make a buck fast.

Shysters, one and all, my favourites are the 'home mortage specialists' that guarantee, no matter what your credit score' to get you financing. Yeah, no wonder that the DFW area has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation. By them financing bums, I wind up paying higher interest.
These investment counselors and mortage specialists on the radio and TV are nothing but criminals that haven't been caught yet.
