I could use some of that global warming stuff that they're advertising on the tube...considering the fact that it's down to 0 degrees in my part of Maryland!!

And all my batteries in my 15 or so tractors are pretty much "frozen" so i won't even try to start any of them. Makes me wonder if I should have removed them all and put them in my cellar for warmth.

Even my ford ranger 4 banger with a fresh battery didn't like to be turned over, and the power steering don't work before 2 minutes of running!

The most global warming occurs when Algore opens his pie hole. As Twain would say: "Now there is a man what has been educated over the level of his intelligence".

I know what your saying but...

Global warming is more about extreme patterns. Like it was no less then a month ago that it was 66 deg here in Maine, now it's like 5 deg (5 being much closer to normal). That's a pretty crazy swing if you ask me.

The Global warming idea is that these swings will become more common. Oh and the reason they call it warming is that the average goes up, it's either really warm or really cold.

I know, I'm not playing along but I thought I would at least throw this out there.

Funny how they wait until a real tree-cracking cold spell to try to sell us on global warming. If the Gore-ites had any smarts, they'd wait until the next blistering 90 degree hot spell, and then push it. They'd convince a lot more people.

If we could just figure who and where they're storing all that daylight they've been saving for years we'd have something to at least knock the chill. I think that's the cause of this whole 'global warming' thing. It (the daylight, in the form of heat) is being stored under the ice caps and the containers are starting to leak.

I'm surprised Mr. Gore isn't selling selling it by the case.

some of thems with money call it "Jack"...as in daniels. it's only temporary, but it works sooooo good! 80)

If you look into global warming a little deeper, they are calling it 'global temperature change' now! I guess that way it fits into all areas where the temperature is too different to explain any other way. I heard that centuries ago, they were growing crops on Greenland. Seems to me that this could be just another cyle, nothing more. Greg

Weather forecasters can't even get it right on what is going to happen next week but they expect John Q Public to believe that they can know what the weather will be 100 years from now.
And the sad part is a lot of folks really believe the BS

Global warming around here was a wind chill of -41F yesterday morning, actual temps today were -8F this morning with a high of +3F this afternoon. I stacked a couple of cords of firewood this evening and it sure wasn"t hard to keep moving--too darn cold to stop. Send a bottle or two to Michigan. Still they say if you can"t stand the winters, you don"t deserve the summers so better days are coming.

If I could bottle it I would send it your way. It was 63 degrees here in West Texas today. Stay warm. Getting those batteries inside might be a good idea.
