A big farm close to me made the news today for starving there livestock. There are dead cows, goats, and horses all over their 600 acres. They still had 100 horses, 68 cows, 65 goats, and 60 dogs. State investigated last thursday and just let the neighbors come in yesterday to feed hay and bags of feed. People were coming by and dropping off round bales by the road and setting out bags of feed waiting for the state to feed these animals. Owner lives in a 10,000 square foot home.

I just want to know why, why do people do it ?
It makes no damned sense, you just can't do things like this. It's just so hard to believe that people can actually let things get to the scale of this. Knowing what it takes to deal with 40 horses, it's hard to even contemplate 100 of them + all the other animals as mentioned here.

We had a guy at our place doing this, at his home, the brazen b@st@rd even stole our hay and diesel, on a daily basis, lived in the worst conditions, no power or running water, but was wealthy, with hundreds of thousands in the bank.

He would take in more and more animals and then punish them with cruelty, not feeding them, not cleaning up after them, he was a complete slob. I checked out his place incognito, saw his bank statements, as he would brag about his money and wave them around in front of us. I even witnessed him steal hay & diesel from us, meanwhile we struggled to make it work at the farm, funding it from a paycheck earned through hard work. On top of this, he was on our payroll as hired help.

There are rotten people in this world, and they bring out the worst hatred a man has to offer when they do things like mentioned in this post.

Usually idiots like this are so attached to their animals thay can't bear to part with them even though they can't afford to take care of them.

Brand the owner with the words, "I am cruel to animals". Such scum, even if he has a mansion, deserves crackhead/section 8 treatment.

That 10,000 square foot home would sure make a good shelter for some that starving stock!!!
Put the owner in the OUTHOUSE.

I saw that on the news and was curious also why the state started their investigation last week and just started feeding all of those animals yesterday. Heard also that the dogs were killing goats and eating weak cows and horses.

Was this near Ashland, Ohio? I heard they found 6 dead Longhorns and had to put another down, plus remove many more. This was yesterday.

This has taken place in middle Georgia and they came out on the news today saying that 200 dogs were taken to a kennel in Atlanta. The other 60 dogs were running loose.
