Hi Gang;
This is a bale chopper which will handle big square or round bales. They are fed into a chopper mechanism at the front of the unit, and the material blown where required through the adjustable spout.
They can be used for chopping straw for bedding, or silage for feeding. The spout will blow the material where required, into a feeding trough, or straw into the cattle yard.
Teagle is an old British manufacturer based in Cornwall in the far southwest of England.
Cheers David

David

Lots of bale processors in this area. Most are built here in western North America. Brands like Bale King, Haybuster, and Highline. Used to bed or grind rough hay and top dress it with alfalfa.

My neighbor has a 3point mounted model 5050 Teagle Bale chopper. Another neighbor has a Kvernland 3point mounted ale chopper. We use them around here for grinding Round bales up for bedding on pen packs and processing silage bales to put into Total Mixed rations for dairy cows. A Teagle Unit is on my wish list right now.

Yes. Teagle is sold here in the US. A local company called Cummins and Bricker sells them as well as other European equipment lines like Mchale, Vicon and Others
