NEED INSURANCE ON ANTIQUE TRACTORS. MY INSURANCE MAN CALLED TODAY AND SAID MY INSURACE ON 8 ANTIQUE TRACTORS WILL END FEB.7,2007. THEY WANT 1400.00 MORE PER YR. NO CLAIMS. NEED A GOOD INSURANCE CO. THANKS FRANK

There is no such thing as a good insurance CO the only thing they want is your money & if any thing happens then you have to sue them to get money or things replaced . My brohter-n-law was trying to get insurance last year on home they turned him down because he filed a claim in 1984 , he lived in FL then is in MO now , for $500 witch $250 Deductable made insurance pay $250 & they wasn't even that CO .

I only have two and never had a problem insuring them with all the other equipment on the farm. Did the insurance co. give any reason? I have insurance with Midstate Mutal in NY.

Try Hagerty. My brother has a street rod and a roadrunner through them. I asked his agent a couple of years ago about tractors and he said that they would insure almost anything.

Look for a "mutual" insurance company. They can sell in the city or country. My FM co. saved me 300.00 a year and I have more coverage than the three big company quotes I got.
