I'm looking at a Ford 7200 Row Crop with looks like factory front end loader. He is asking 8000.00. My question is how the hydraulics on these tractors? Will they work the modern round balers? The front end loader also works from tractor hydraulics. Will it be strong enough to stack a 6X5 1700 lb bale of hay on trailers. My MF 175 certainly isn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sparky

I believe the 7200 uses the same hydraulic pump as a 5000. Its only something like 6 gpm but puts out like 2500 psi. The hydraulics are strong but slow. Is the front axle set for long wheelbase or short? Short wheelbase will be more manuverable but I would set it long, it moves the pivot point for the load ahead and keeps more weight on the rear wheels that way.
