On My 2003' Mahindra E-350DI it is a real problem with the Oil BUBBLING Back and taking a Looong Time to pour the fresh Oil in, So.... I have Solved that problem,<> <> just get a Drinking Straw and slip down inside the Filler NECK to let Air be Dispersed and problem Solved, Oil will pour in easily..OLE! No Bubbling Larry

Is the sump breather vent blocked.

No.. On the Breather, theres nothing out of place/wrong, it's just they way it's made...Theres not much of an opening between the filler and the top of the Valve assembly it just needs some air to displace the Oil being poured in.. Larry

I have no experience with a Mahindra, but on certain other engines, simply pulling the dipstick will accomplish the same thing... let the air out as the oil goes in.
