I have never had anything with a Funk conversion, but I have messed with flatheads and have had radiators rebuilt.

Flatheads need quite large radiators, since the design tends to put a bunch of heat into the coolant. If the conversion is a V8, I would wonder if the radiator used came from a Ford car. If so, it might be cheaper to just buy a new radiator for the car than working on the old one. I can't think of another radiator that uses 4 nipples for radiator hoses than one for a flathead V8. Hemmings or the internet might produce a good deal on a repro radiator.

The cost of "rebuilding" a radiator depends on what the radiator shop has to do to it, and what parts can be reused. Just having a radiator rodded out, cleaned and resealed is a lot cheaper than recoring one. And if the tanks are bad, it might be very expensive to build them, especially if they have to look factory.

Good luck! The Funk conversions I have seen were neat, powerful tractors.
