There are a couple of ladies still around here that can make a 'simmon puddin' that will make a puppy pull a freight train. My wife does a pretty good job as well. The hardest part is cleaning the 'simmons.

Couldn't resist this afternoon, a little baileys, kahlua, fresh whole milk.... in a frozen glass.... mmm not bad, darn addicting, havin one right now, and as far as other confectionry delights, nothing like the home made from an old family recipe fer norwegian butter cookies, few of those on the side with the above overly sweet concoction..... which is best kept in moderation or..... .Klunk & ZZZZZ ZZ !!!! Merry Christmas !
