I took this picture with my phone back in late May/early June, and I've used it as the background on my phone ever since. My dad finally got to run the 1855 with the plow because I had to move a few small pine trees really quick so we could get the rest of the feild... The last time he really did much plowing was when we still ran our Massey 285 with a 3-16 Oliver 565, atleast 7-8 years ago. Now we've got the 4-16 Oliver 546 plow for our 18, and pulle the 565 with our 1755 before it blew. Actually that's kinda why it blew....

Right now its a picture of a Nuffield that David from Wales had on here about a week ago. My FIL had one back in the sixties, with a cab like that. MY background picture gets change every time I find a new picture I like. Right now I like that areial view of the farm in the Dakotas.

That is the neatest machine I have ever seen. I can see its a New Holland, but what model? I have never seen one like that before.

New Holland started with this. this is a model 166 built from 01-01-1956 til 12-31-1957. Then they built the 178 which looks like mine. Then they built mine, which is a model 1280, built from 11-01-1961 til 07-31-1964. They ended with the model 1426 in 1984.

I don"t know how to put pictures on here so I"ll just describe them. On my phone, a picture of my herford with her just dried off black whiteface calf. On the computer, a family picture taken around my Steiger with the round roof barn in the background.

This is how I do it on this site. I downsize the picture to 533 pixels on the biggest side of the picture, then use this to upload.

A couple of months ago the background was an aerial pic of the six 580 Lexions with 39 foot heads lined up in an Idaho wheat field. Now it's my oldest granddaughter in a swing, on the way down with her long red hair flowing behind her and an evergreen and green grass in the background. This one will stay all winter so I have something 'summery' to look at. The grandkids and family always get priority over the machinery. MERRY CHRISTMAS.Jim

This is a picture of my 34 Case L that was taken by Patrick Ertel, editor of the Antique Power Magazine. He needed a Case in a winter scene for a calendar, and he let me have a copy of it. It always ends up on my desktop around Christmas.

My computer background is the farm where I grew up in North Dakota. I look at it and dream of the day when I'll have enough money to leave the city behind and go back to farming...

Me on my parents 135. Kinda weird cause compared to Dad, I make it look like a lawn tractor... It"s a fender to fender situation. And I ain"t all that big. Great visibility all around. Not like when I was a kid and sat down in it.

Let"s go Mountaineers,

Aaron

Hi;
My 1973 JD 920 is currently my laptop background.
Its so easy to change that I rotate photos every few weeks, sometimes tractors, sometimes my cats, sometimes views of the area. Nice to have a change.
Cheers David

There are soo many..... hehee The background on my phone is a piture of my motorcycle sitting in front of a old abandoned church and the screensaver on it is my Oliver 1800 LPG in the snow.

On my Laptop computer it is one of me pulling in Tunica Ms. On my Oliver 88 with the front end up in the air. On the home computer it is a picture someone on here posted about a year or so ago of the view while discing on a 730? JD I think.

I have a picture on my phone of my wife running my Oliver 1800 pulling a NH 68 baler and half a wagon full of hay.

I'd like to get this picture off the phone and onto the desktop.

I haven't figured out how you do that without a cable to hook between the two.
